(a) in the case of goods, to any one it determines of the following: replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; repair of the goods; payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and

(b) in the case of services, to either supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Inventory

Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should a product become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, Charmeuse will not be held accountable for fulfilment of these requests. Charmeuse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If payment has been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled for an item out of stock, Charmeuse shall immediately issue you a full refund in the original form of payment.

The goods listed on the Site are genuine products imported into Australia by Oz AdBox.

Customer Identity Verification

In some instances we may need to verify the identity of the credit card/PayPal account holder before we process an order. Failure to comply with our request for identity verification will result in the cancellation of your order. If payment has been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Charmeuse shall immediately issue a full refund in the original form of payment.

Delivery

Charmeuse cannot be held responsible for delays in postage, or the loss of items in transit, as it is out of Charmeuse's control.

If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Charmeuse, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs. If the customer chooses not to have the item redelivered, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund total and the refund will be issued.

If a delivered order is unclaimed/refused by the customer and consequently returned to us, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund total and the refund will be issued. The customer will be responsible for additional postage costs if they elect to have the order resent.

Promotional Offers

Promotional Offers cannot be used with any other offer. Orders placed with a discount promotional code are not eligible for Charmeuse's refund offer. Items may be returned for an exchange only.

Promotional Emails

All customers who register a customer account with Charmeuse are automatically registered to receive our promotional emails. If at any time you would like to stop receiving promotional emails from Charmeuse, please reply to the e-mail and indicate you wish to be removed from the mailing list. Asking to be removed from Charmeuse's mailing list will not prevent you from receiving e-mail communications relating to future online orders.

All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Australian orders.
