Delivery and returns

Delivery:

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are posted via Australia Post. If you prefer delivery by Australia Post Express or Registered, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

We take full care while delivering of your order, its beyond out control after your order is posted. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. Please make sure you provide correct postal address.

Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns:

For any reason, if you don't like the item you purchased, you can send the item back to us within 30 days in original packaging and we will happily refund your money. Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used or washed items unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Please note, we will deduct the postage cost and your money will be returned to you in the same way of your purchase.
